Tekas A.S. which was founded in 1982 , operates in construction and tourism sectors. From 1982 till 1994, Tekas A.S. has been both subcontractor and contractor of several construction projects. Starting from 1994 the firm started to make its own investments.
The firm is currently active in tourism sector by operating its own hotels.

Our facility, opened in 1995 and renovated in 2016, is located in Gündoğan Bay, which is one of the silent and peaceful places of Bodrum peninsula and it offers a beautiful view. It’s 2 km away from the center of Gündoğan, 25 km from the center of Bodrum and 45 km from Milas Airport.
This facility has been sold to ALARKO GYO A.Ş. at the end of 2021.
